Abstract

The article presents a comprehensive philosophical analysis of the transformation of the category of justice in the context of globalization and digital transformation of contemporary society. It argues that classical theories of justice, developed within the nation-state paradigm, are insufficient for explaining emerging forms of social inequality in global and digital environments. The research aims to identify structural changes in the normative foundations of justice under conditions of transnational economic processes, increasing global interdependence, and the expansion of algorithmic governance mechanisms. Particular attention is paid to algorithmic justice, the digital divide, data concentration, and the transformation of subjects of responsibility. The methodological framework includes comparative-philosophical, normative, and analytical approaches, as well as hermeneutic analysis of classical and contemporary justice theories. The scientific novelty of the study lies in integrating global and technological dimensions into a unified theoretical model of justice and substantiating the need to expand the normative paradigm beyond the nation-state framework. The article demonstrates that digital infrastructures generate new forms of power asymmetry and resource redistribution that require philosophical reconsideration. It concludes that contemporary justice must incorporate principles of global responsibility, transparency of algorithmic decision-making, and protection of human dignity under conditions of technological modernization. The practical relevance of the findings lies in their potential application in developing normative frameworks for digital governance and social policy regulation.
