INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

Dear Authors,
As of January 1 of the current year, the price list for other paid services of L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company) has been updated.
The cost of one article accepted for publication by the journal’s editorial board is 60 000 (sixty thousand) tenge.
In addition, upon registration and submission of an article in the journal’s system, authors are required to pay a fee of 10 000 (ten thousand) tenge  to cover the publisher’s expenses related to the purchase of a licensed plagiarism detection system, as well as remuneration for reviewers and the journal’s editorial staff.
In the event that an article is rejected by the journal’s editorial board, the paid fee is non-refundable.
If an article is resubmitted after revision based on the results of compliance with the journal’s formal requirements and the peer review process, authors are required to again pay 10 000 (ten thousand)  of the article’s cost

The editorial board provides fee waivers for international authors. If all co-authors of a manuscript are citizens of foreign countries, no processing fee is charged. This policy is intended to foster international scientific collaboration, create favorable conditions for foreign researchers, and encourage their publication activity. If the manuscript is co-authored by both foreign and Kazakhstani researchers, the processing fee is calculated proportionally based on the number of fee-exempt and fee-applicable co-authors.
