Abstract

The article analyzes the genesis and current problems of language communication, scientific directions formed on their basis.

In the history of mankind, philosophy has a special mission: it defines innovative ways of thinking, influences values, motivates the individual to spiritual and moral development, substantiates the importance of reason and rational knowledge, etc. In the age of information societies, in the era of globalization, this process occurs through a global network of cultural and linguistic codes and messages. The new scientific paradigm of the "information society" that emerged in the 20th century affects the socio-philosophical picture of the world along with the sphere of socio-humanitarian education, making a communicative, linguistic, rhetorical discursive turn as a whole, penetrating into the totality of all scientific ideas. At the same time, linguistic communication occupies a decisive place in social and information theories, since the process of globalization strengthens the desire for cultural self-identification, the importance of linguistic communication in social philosophy increases. Representation of socio-cultural processes in language communication, modern linguistic paradigms of language problem analysis, the influence of the information society on language communication, as well as the positive and negative impact of the digitalization process on language development, the definition of communicative principles and basic features, the expansion of the function of the State language and the increase of its state status are the main issues in the spotlight.

In the era of the development of information space and communication technologies, due to the fact that language communication has the widest range of impact on humans and society, the issues of rational use and optimal understanding of its methodological foundations were considered.
