The authors examine the impact of digital technologies on value orientations in contemporary Kazakhstani society, with a particular focus on the formation of national identity. Employing an interdisciplinary approach, the study analyzes the influence of digitalization on spiritual values, identifies key contradictions between traditional cultural norms and technogenic ideals, and explores potential mechanisms for their convergence.
The research provides a comprehensive analysis of the formation of digital identity and its effects on the social attitudes and behavioral models of Kazakhstani youth. Furthermore, it addresses pressing issues such as the risk of national identity erosion in the global information space, the influence of digital platforms and social networks on public consciousness, and the proliferation of new forms of communication and information consumption, along with their impact on value priorities.
In addition to examining the prospects for preserving and adapting traditional spiritual and cultural values in the context of digitalization, the authors propose potential strategies for harmonizing national identity with digital innovations. Special attention is given to state policies in the field of digital transformation, as well as the role of education and public awareness initiatives in strengthening cultural stability.
Thus, this study contributes to the understanding of the transformation of value orientations in the digital era, highlighting the growing relevance of national identity preservation amid rapid societal change.
