Abstract

This article presents a comprehensive philosophical and religious studies analysis of the concept of justice in the context of Islamic political discourse. The study reveals the evolution of the understanding of justice in Islamic political thought, from the classical period to modern interpretations. Special attention is paid to the correlation between the religious precepts of Islam and their practical realization in the political and legal sphere of Muslim states. The authors analyze key aspects of the Islamic concept of justice, including social and legal components, and their influence on the formation of political culture in the Muslim world. The paper explores various approaches to the interpretation of justice in the works of Islamic theologians and philosophers, as well as their reflections on modern political discourse in Muslim countries. The article also touches upon the issues of the correlation of traditional Islamic ideas of justice with modern concepts of human rights and democratic values.
