Abstract

The scientific article reveals the role and significance of spiritual values in modern Kazakhstani society. This topic is devoted to the scientific program of the IPhPR СS MES RK "Research of the culture and values of society in the context of sustainable development of Kazakhstan", which sets itself the goal of a comprehensive study of socio-cultural, political, ideological prerequisites, factors and conditions for the development of culture and values in the context of modernization of Kazakhstani society and the conditions for the development of culture and values in the context of the modernization of Kazakhstani society and the development of practice-oriented recommendations on cultural issues, institutionalization of spiritual, moral and political values in the context of sustainable development of Kazakhstan. In the course of scientific research will be analyzed such important theoretical and practical problems and issues as the development of cultural and philosophical study of the value basis for modernization of Kazakhstan's society, the sustainability of its development in the new digital reality; determination of types and levels of development; analysis of the structure and main elements; identification of trends and the nature of the transformation of the political culture of the population of the republic; implementation of a theoretical and methodological analysis of the content and significance of religious values in the context of the concept of sustainable development in modern Kazakhstan.
