CULTURAL GENESIS OF THE TURKIC PEOPLES IN THE LIGHT OF AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH

Abstract
Based on the cultural-philosophical methodology, which acts as a generalizing in the process of interdisciplinary analysis, using the methods and data of linguistics, civiliology and DNA genealogy, the essence and features of the process of cultural genesis of the Turkic peoples are revealed.
It is shown that the Turkic cultural identity begins to form long before the emergence of the Turkic superethnos, simultaneously with the formation of the proto-Turks . The proposition is substantiated that the processes of cultural genesis and anthropogenesis are synchronized, while basic universal, and not ethnic, cultural universals are formed.
The Botai archaeological culture of the Eneolithic ( 3700-3100 BC) is considered , which is one of the most significant cultures of the Great Steppe (Steppe Eurasia), since it clearly traces the mechanisms of continuity with earlier and later cultures and civilizations, it the features of the interaction of the nomadic and sedentary world civilization, as well as the local Tengrian civilization are traced.
As a result, conclusions are drawn that the process of cultural genesis led to the creation of the earliest local Tengrian civilization on the territory of the Great Steppe, and the migration of the Proto-Turks, as well as the dominance of the nomadic lifestyle, determined a high degree of expansion of the Tengrian civilization and the spread of the Proto-Turkic culture - not only in the space of the Eurasian steppe, but also going beyond it.
The article defines a range of issues that require further scientific understanding.
